MAXIMIZE THE ACCURACY OF YOUR PRINTS WITH SPRINTRAY DENTAL RESINS

SprintRay 3D printers have a global accuracy across all machines of  ±100 microns over 93 percent of surfaces when printed at 50-micron layer thickness. The large selection of dental resins available from SprintRay is designed to allow users to get the most out of their MoonRay D, MoonRay S, or SprintRay PRO 3D printers. Developed and tested to deliver market-leading performance – explore the entire line of SprintRay Resins to see the superior quality for yourself.

HOW TO PROPERLY HANDLE SPRINTRAY RESIN

Exposure to resin over-time can cause your body to have allergic reactions. For that very reason, it is highly important to know how to properly handle resin. When working with SprintRay resin or any other resins it is important to take the following precautions.

Always wear gloves

  • Always wear gloves when handling uncured resin. Whether you're pouring, removing models from the platform, or even after models have been washed, gloves must be worn in order to limit exposure.

Mix thoroughly

  • 3D printing resins contain chemicals of different weights, therefore it is essential to thoroughly mix resin before every print. For resin already in the tank, use provided resin wiper to gently stir the material. If pouring from a bottle, shake the bottle vigorously for several minutes before dispensing.

Filter resin

  • When pouring resin from your tank or another vessel back into the bottle, always pour through a fine mesh filter. This will trap partially-cured debris and prevent contamination of the rest of your bottle, prolonging the life of your materials.

Watch expiration dates

  • Resin has a shelf life; it's important to keep an eye on the expiration date. The use of expired resin will likely result in failed prints, as the compounds required for curing break down and will not activate properly. The expiration date for SprintRay resins is printed on the back of the bottle.

Dispose of properly

  • Liquid resin should be cured before being disposed of. Pour liquid resin into a clear container and set it in direct sunlight. Once it has cured, it can be treated as waste and disposed of in the regular trash.
